Albert St Townhouses Eight 2-storey Townhouses
This project was developed as a land subdivision with attached permitted development plans. Because of this the design was formulated to allow individuals to build using a variety of materials and colours while maintaining the visual consistency of row-housing (similar to that of Victorian terraces). The staggering of the facade setbacks promotes both coherence and variety.
